The video keeps buffering. What can I do?

Run the speed test at /account/help/speed-test; it measures your connection to PlayBoox's own servers. On a slow connection, choose a lower Quality in the player's Settings.

If the test is fast and one title still buffers, raise a ticket from any help page (the button at the top right) with the title and the time it happened.
